Psycho War – Sweet Baby- Ice Love
Led by Hitoshi Konuima on vocals and guitar, the Falcons play energetic but not over-the-top psychobilly, somewhat in the vein of the Quakes’ first album with a prominent double bass sound. The global sound is powerful, yet the band retains a strong rockabilly foundation. The only drawback is the somewhat underwhelming vocals.

Fake Love – New Bop – Black Train – Sheila – Balls Balls – Psycho From The Far East
Produced and mixed by Pete Gage (knon for his production work for Restless, Frenzy, Sureshots, Torment, Rattlers…) in England, this mini-LP boasts a more polished and richer sound and more varied compositions. It ranges from classic psychobilly, still heavily tinged with rockabilly, such as “Fake Love” (featuring an excellent guitar solo), “Black Train,” and “New Bop,” to the highly energetic and effective “Balls Balls” and “Psychos From Far East,” which hark back to the band’s early recordings. While the former remains fairly classic in its structure, the latter is truly original. The band also slips in the excellent “Sheila,” with its sixties sound, which is somewhat like a psychobilly version of The Jam’s “Town Called Malice.” Gage really knows how to get the best out of the band, and the short format suits them perfectly. The vocals are occasionally uneven (especially on the first track), but this album is highly recommended.
